This man was sitting in the Mendoubia Gardens in Tangier, Morocco, smoking a traditional Moroccan long pipe. Saw a lot of that in both Tangier and Casablanca, so he represents!

Yeah I was wondering that too. I hear it’s usually hashish or cannabis. But he stopped smoking it when I approached, so I wasn’t able to sniff it out!
