Argentine Tango

When people think of Argentina, they immediately think tango. Tango theater is everywhere in Buenos Aires, where the genre began. At the Tango Porteño theater, my travel companions and I took in a show that was full of kicks, splits, and sizzle.

  1. Yay you got to catch a show! Love your dress. Next up, perhaps an introductory lesson? It’s addictive, you know.

    1. Hi Cathy, yes I did take in a show, it was wonderful. Thought of you. I have no doubt it’s addictive!

  2. All of you look so cool and glamorous. Glad you were able to take photographs and that you are having so much fun.

    1. I was actually surprised that photographs were allowed. I didn’t bring my camera because I thought they wouldn’t be, and ended up taking pictures with just my phone.

  3. Fun night!

    1. It was, wasn’t it!

Gorgeous. Did you have that dress in your little carryon or in th backpack? This is not a Rochester look. You look fab.

    1. I bought the dress in Maldives 18 years ago, but haven’t worn it much since. It definitely suited the occasion.
