On sea days, chef Panos Georgopoulos keeps us entertained with cooking demos. Since we’re heading into the Caribbean, the menu on this day was Color of Caribbean: Caribbean chicken fillet and fresh guacamole.

He’s not only a chef, but an entertainer as well; he can cook and tell stories at the same time. He had us chuckling through the whole performance.
