Eat More Art

This endless holding pattern we’ve been in, on call in Belfast for cruise boarding, has been sucking all the joy out of travel for me, so I thought a change of scenery might improve my mood. The beauty of being in Europe is that you can fly to another country for under $100, so I headed down to Málaga, Spain for a few days.

At the BrunchIt outdoor cafe, this elegantly designed avocado toast immediately put a smile on my face. The servers wear “Eat More Art” t-shirts, but it just seemed wrong to stick a fork into this beauty.

      Right?! Is that what that flower is, a nasturtium? I thought it was a small pansy, but I think you’re right. As to whether it’s edible…well I went ahead and ate it, so I’ll let you know how edible it is!
