The town of Londonderry (or just Derry), about 70 miles west of Belfast, is one of the world’s best-preserved walled cities. Visitors can walk along this 17th century enclosure, built as a defense for English and Scottish settlers in Ireland. Living history performers bring to life the history of the Derry Walls.
My favorite part of the city was the beautiful stained glass windows in the city’s Guildhall. With its enormous pipe organ and stained glass, the building is often mistaken for a church, but it is a town hall where elected members meet.
The pipe organ has 3,132 pipes and changes colors.

Of course the last shot reminded me immediately of your view from above Machu Picchu. A contrast.
Oh yes indeed, an interesting contrast.
That pipe organ is WILD!!
It was stunning. And if you were a professional organ player, they let you go up there to play it. I wish I could have heard that.
