For those who want to follow along on this journey, the CruiseMapper site shows where the ship is at any given moment. If there are any other ships in the vicinity, it shows them also, so be sure you are looking at the one labeled Villa Vie Odyssey.

Yesterday our Odyssey was out at sea doing sea trials, the last phase of the certification process. It’s kind of like a driving test, where she has to demonstrate her ability to perform, navigate, and make turns (and do figure eights!) We are not allowed to be on board during sea trial, so all of us are on land right now. The screen capture below shows her sea trial route. Today she is heading back to port, and we are all anxiously awaiting the results. (Picture courtesy of John F.)

Cool!
Is the captain Captain Jozo Glavic? He was the captain when we sailed on your ship when she was the Braemar and was supposed to have stayed with the ship when she was sold.
Kinda like the old internet connection screen

Oh no! You’re not able to get into it? That’s a bummer. I just checked it again and got into it immediately. I wonder what’s up with that, and if anyone else is having the same problem.
