Day 187: April 3, 2025 – St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Caribbean
We are making our way back up into the Caribbean. Today’s port stop is at St. Vincent and the Grenadines, a multi-island nation in the eastern Caribbean Sea.

They take good care of you, as soon as you walk off the ship:

This is Yaphatto, a local reggae singer and songwriter who started up a chat with me at the botanical garden. His single We Smoking makes him a perfect candidate to represent St. Vincent in my Faces of the World Gallery.

I spent the morning wandering around the Botanical Garden in Kingstown, checking out some interesting plant life.

Thanks Shannon, I will add her to the mailing list. Yes that Drake Passage video was crazy! Completely different from my experience on Drake Passage, fortunately.

I Love how they take care of you when you get off the ship! Lol.
Cannonball Tree… So cool!
Also loving all the Birds!
There was a cruise ship that went thru Drakes Pass the other day, facing 40 foot waves. I was so glad to hear it wasn’t your ship!!! Looked crazy!
Yeah I watched that video too, fortunately it was completely different from my experience going through Drake passage. We were lucky.
