Day 627: June 19, 2026 – Singapore
Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay features The Garden Rhapsody, a free light and sound show with tree-like structures (Supertrees) synchronizing music to lights. I had seen the iconic Supertrees on our last visit to Singapore and wanted to see them again at night, and they did not disappoint. It was fireworks without the boom. I enjoyed it so much I plan to see it again when we are back in Singapore in July.

A crescent moon added to the magic. I would love to see this during a full moon, and it turns out that our next visit will be during a Strawberry Moon, so I will definitely be back.

The trunks of the Supertrees are covered with trellises and colorful live plants.

I can answer the “now what?” Come join me! 🥰
That’s a very nice combination of art and technology. If you want something done right, get Singapore to do it, right?
